Ongoing HFI Events
Healthy Families International offers four fun, informative programs:
- Rainbow Kids in Happyland, designed specifically for preschoolers, featuring puppets, skits, songs, and the "fruit freeze" exercise game.
- Be Smart, Eat Right, a one-hour nutrition workshop for both parents and kids that features puppets, drama, songs, and interactive games. Age-appropriate versions are available for two age groups: grades K-3 and grades 4-6.
- Getting Your Family to Eat Right, a one-hour in-depth seminar for teachers, staff and parents. In addition to presenting facts about the obesity epidemic, we teach practical ways to help our families eat right.
- Bible-Based Family Nutrition, a fun, informative, and interactive presentation that shares what God has to say about nutrition and taking care of our bodies as a temple.
